110-300-0165(2)(d) there was a platic zip loc bag in the children area with material accessible. 110-300-0165(3)(c) Kitchen cabinets had inner hooks intended to lock cabinet, cabinet door still patially opens making it a pinching hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(e) there were 4 holes in the yard making it a potential tipping hazard. 110-300-0165(4)(e) Bathroom water sink measured at 123 Fahrenheit.
